Winner of several awards including the Swarna Kamal (Golden Lotus) for the Best Direction in the Non-feature section at the 63rd National Film Awards, Kamuki (Sweetheart) tells the story of Divya, a 17-year-old feisty school girl. When DIVYA discovers that she is pregnant, nothing can stop her from tracking down her estranged boyfriend and trying to claim him back into her life.
The film has been screened in international film festivals in Toronto, Los Angeles, Warsaw, Bialystok, Ottawa, Rajshahi, Mumbai and Delhi, among others.

Winner of several awards including the Rajat Kamal (Silver Lotus) for the Best Debut Film in the Non-feature section at the 61st National Film Awards, Kanyaka (Sweetheart) tells the story of NIRMALA, a young nun, who eagerly awaits her convent’s anniversary celebration as she has been entrusted with the dream task of escorting her secret idol, actress URVASI. But her excitement turns into despair when, on the big day, an elderly nun’s health deteriorates and Nirmala is ordered to stay behind and care for her instead.
